i wasnt aware people still used this thing... "The battle against false files or flooding P2P networks with bogus material is a long and attritionous fight. In fact, its been fought with such ferocity that people are willing to protect long abandoned networks such as WinMX. In addition to no longer being developed and its population reduced, WinMX diehards continue to inflate the value of this P2P relic. etc, etc, etc _http://www.slyck.com/news.php?story=1214 peace B

Can anyone recommend a good program to encrypt data? I have a laptop that I'd like to be able to carry sensitive information but have so far avoided doing so because I don't currently have any reliable encryption system set up. I'm looking for something that will automatically either encrypt everything in a partition or that will encrypt the entire disc...but I don't want to have to manuall encrypt files individually. Also, my understanding is that some programs like TrueCrypt encrypt and de-encrypt on-the-fly. If so, what happens when you back up files? Are they backed up in encrypted form, or not? Anyway, any recommendations would be appreciated, as well as any point…

It didn't take long for Microsoft to join Nintendo in saying that they are flattered that Sony decided to copy a key feature of their next generation console. While Nintendo brought up similarities between the controllers, Microsoft's Chris Lewis believes that Sony may have copied Microsoft's successful Live service. In a recent interview with Eurogamer, Lewis says, "I'm flattered that they've followed our clear direction. Plagiarism is a good thing - that in itself isn't such a problem, it's what the market wants. But we've known that's what the market wanted all along." While the initial similarities seem obvious, one must wonder exactly how similar the two services are…
