If you haven't heard already there was a leak last month of the next iPhone, a prototype 4G, left in a German bar. Gizmodo released some photos and some details the other day: />http://gizmodo.com/5520164/this-is-apples-next-iphone What do you think? Not sure if I like it myself, the 3GS seems to be better looking. Some other articles released at Gizmodo concerning the leaked phone which you may find interesting: How Apple Lost the Next iPhone A Letter: Apple Wants Its Secret iPhone Back Hitler shows his frustration for the lost iPhone 4G Ted.

I'm sure at some stage everyone here has had a run in with support drones. I have a product with a particular company and I wanted to renew it. I have had problems with them in the past and over the last couple of years fortunately had no reason to use or contact them. They have always been hopeless and taken ages to respond to mails but I was hoping after a couple of years things would have improved... My problem was I logged in to my account to renew a product but the "renew" button for that particular item was missing. I sent them an email specifically stating I could not do this because that "renew" button was missing. After a couple of days waiting for a reply I get …

Hi ! I know it sounds stupid but i can't understand why it is not possible. I want to know why it is not possible to crack a password protected archive ? Supposing we have a passworded rar/zip file. We open it with winrrar or 7zip and type in a random password. It will give us errors.Using these errors why it is not possible to crack that files by switching the jnz to jz and using any random password we want to open that archive ? Thank you !

Is this a great TV series or is it just me? I've been loving this TV series from start to finish (not seen the last episode in series one just yet ). For me it has been years and years since I'm eagerly awaiting the next week to come so I can watch the next episode of a TV series. It is unfortunate that series one is coming to a close next week so there will be no more to watch for a long time >http://www.nbc.com/Heroes/H_main.swf I can't believe there has been talk of five seasons to come of Heroes, not sure I can wait a whole five years to watch them all... David Horne is not an urban myth. David Horne achieved what many would even now consider impossible. He wrote a chess game, with AI, that ran on a poorly documented, buggy machine that contained only 1k of memory. The Sinclar ZX81. Think about that amount of memory for a moment. 1 kilobyte. 1024 bytes. Can you write down the rules of chess in less than one thousand characters? That's a tricky task in itself. Fire up you favourite compiler, and build a minimal application. I'm guessing that its more than 1k in size, and it doesn't do anything yet. But wait a second. 1k was the capacity of the machine. How much was actually available? The answer, as you will find if you fol…

Just some info to assist those that don't know. You can install Windows 7 retail versions with no key and you have 30 days to try the app. If you would like to extend this time for 120 days, Microsoft generously and legally allow you to do this by resetting the W7 timer back to 30 days.. up to 3 more times. (Total free use 120days) Do this: To extend the grace period another 30 days, simply start a command prompt as Administrator, and issue this command: slmgr -rearm ------------------------------------------------- Now... what is not widely known is this next trick for 7 If you want to continue using 7 for free (compliments of MS).. you simply change this …

Hi all, While going through the internet, i came across Windows Enabler: It is a small program that enables some 'grayed out' options in softwares. Is also supposed to enable some 'hidden' windows options... like create MS DOS startup disk for all drives and not just floppy drives... Could not understand the working but the examples given on that page are interesting. Maybe applicable to our field... _http://www.angelfire.com/falcon/speedload/Enabler.htm Also by the same person is another program called speedload. Again the concept sounds interesting but can someone tell me if or how it works ? _http://www.angelfire.com/falcon/speedload/speedload.htm
