Site User Class Listing?

I've looked around to try to understand the various levels of account "seniority" or "rank" for lack of a better term but haven't been able to figure out what is what. Example: Junior, Junior+, Full Member, Full Member+, Team Member, Team Member+, Moderator...Administrator...etc etc. The Administrator part goes without saying... but is there any post that describes what the difference is between the different levels of account rank...seemingly based on reputation? Do you get certain features or functionality unlocked after a certain level? Maybe this is just one of those things I shouldn't be asking, but figured it was worth a shot.

Problem Downloading Some Tutorials!?

I'm having difficulty downloading some tutorials from the main website (https://tuts4you.com/download.php). Small tutorial files around 1 or 2 MB or so can usually be downloaded without issue. But files greater than 2 MB can't be completely downloaded, the file transfer suddenly stops (at 70 ~ 90 % completion) and can't be resumed(?) I'm on a slow (dial-up) internet connection, which doesn't help for a start. Broadband internet is available here but is unaffordable. So using a broadband internet connection is not an option at this time, unfortunately. Tried using different browsers (Opera and Firefox), and also tried downloading with and without download ma…

The search function is broken for me on certain searches for example if i search appfuscator or confuserex i get the 500 internal error i have tried cleaning cache tried different browsers and even different device however if i search assembly for example it will search fine is anyone else having this issue?

Please support HTTPS. The URL works https://forum.tuts4you.com/index.php but as soon as I click on a thread, the connection is HTTP again. Self-signed certificate is ok, but please support also ssl with perfect forward secrecy.

I have set my preferences to ignore certain users who (in my opinion) generate only useless content. I've set to ignore everything: posts, messages and even signature. Server unable to read htaccess file, denying access to be safe Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Just a heads up for those interested. Some member groups now have the option of starting a private chat with another member. To do this you and the member you would like to chat with must be in Chat. When in Chat click on the members name in the right panel and select "Start private chat". Now your good to start a chat together in private... Ted.
