After the security researchers informed WinRAR of their findings, the team patched the vulnerability with version 5.70 beta 1 of the software. Rather than attempt to fix the issue, the team opted to drop support for ACE archives entirely, which was probably the sensible option considering the only program capable of creating the archives, WinACE, hasn’t been updated since 2007. https://www.theverge.com/2019/2/21/18234448/winrar-winace-19-year-old-vulnerability-patched-version-5-70-beta-1 bonus link - hirensbootcd.org

What is a hacker? What hacking means? The first thing I could think of is intrusion network/websites/forums or gain access to sensitive information. "Hacking smartphone" may mean adding extra-options to smartphone or removing some limitations; making the smartphone having some features which wasn't originally there! Some said that hacker invented the internet and stuff like that... anyway from what I could see hacking almost always has negative connotations.

I also have the app MediaPreview installed where I can refresh the thumbnailbuffer what I did.Now I get new thumbnails for my videos but if I select the VP9 video then windows starts the dllhost.exe which runs endless and with a high CPU usage.Somehow Windows 7 cant handle it in my case so far. Yesterday I had a strange dream: not a joke, actually happened! A woman asked a question: What tool can be used for Java reverse engineering? - Some dissemblers I answered. Then the woman said "Rever" The first thing I did when I woke up: I google search for Rever and it seems there is not tool with that name. It is strange what thing can holds our subconscious mind! I give up on Java reversing and now I mostly do manual unpacking; hopefully next dream will be about manual unpacking ☺️

Written in .NET, L0rdix has been developed with stealth in mind. The malware is obfuscated using the standard ConfuserEx obfuscator, and some samples have been tweaked with the more sophisticated .NETGuard obfuscator. Not only performs a number of standard scans to detect VM environments but also uses WMI queries and registry keys to search for strings which may indicate sandbox products. https://www.zdnet.com/article/l0rdix-becomes-the-new-swiss-army-knife-of-hacking

Hi guys, I am looking for a Firefox AddOn which can monitor http requests (or a GM script).I tried already Http Header live AddOn what can do this and showing me all requests directly + request and answer headers but it has no searchmask to find something quickly. Also I would like to set some custom paramters like only to show special requests with special file extensions to prevent showing me whole traffic each time.Of course I could use FF webconsole but takes to much time and slows system down = not good for quick handling.Maybe you do know any more AddOns I could try or any GreaseMonkey script/s etc. Thank you
