Hi guys, I'am looking for any tool to calc a video frame rate from a new audio stream lenght.Just found nothing yet also nothing I could use with ffmpeg how to stretch a video stream lenght into audio stream lenght. I predict streaming keys and code in to encrypted VM engines(which implement all the old anti-RE schemes as well) will be the final attempt at DRM. Why? Because other than implementing a TPM or SEE in such a system there is really nothing else you can do without chip makers stepping in and basically rolling out gaming console type schemes.. Even the Xbox One is basically Signed-bootrom+Windows 10+UWP+Hypervisor, though; encrypted RAM and the ARM TPM are just Zen&Ryzen features and don't actually mitigate memory corruption attacks or patching code... One day you will see crypto in MMUs that makes a lot of things obsolete(like stack and heap corruption); especially…

Hey guys I just started getting into reverse engineering. Im not trying to become a scene releaser or anything, just trying to learn more about how reverse engineering works. Since Im also studying CompSci in college, this knowledge might be helpful later on. Im interested in eventually working my way up and learning to crack audio plugins and vst's. If anyone here has experience with this, I would love some tips and guidelines. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virtual_Studio_Technology Thank you.

Interesting blog entry by Matthew Green... https://blog.cryptographyengineering.com/2019/09/24/looking-back-at-the-snowden-revelations/ For me personally, I was fully aware US SIGNIT had stepped up surveillance and data gathering after 9/11. There have been numerous news articles over many years prior to the Snowden leaks reporting on new infrastructure and funding allocations, such as the Utah Data Center. What I was most surprised about from the leaks was just the sheer amount of data being gathered up and exploited in conjunction with other nations as part of the FVEY. Using members in FVEY to gather data on their own citizens to circumvent their own laws. In…

I am looking for any tracer plugins for DnSpy? I am aware of an old plugin from 2015 but it does not seem to be compatible with the latest versions of DnSpy. My apologies if I am stupid and missed any obvious tools already available but I couldn't find any when I searched. It would be lovely if someone could recommend a way through which I could trace the methods executed in a target (.NET) executable while debugging it. So in other words, I am looking for some sort of a method logger which logs all the names of the various called methods in DnSpy. I am aware of the standalone tool by Kurapica but I am looking for an open-source version if possible so that I ca…

Is there any way to create a proper control flow graph of the code the same way that it is available for native apps in IDA Pro? I am looking for something like this but for .NET decompiled code: If I attempt to do this in IDA for .NET executables, I get a similar graph but it is for IL code (not the decompiled .NET code). So I am asking if anyone here is aware of any way that similar graphs could be generated (using any tool) for .NET code. I tried using GraphViz but it was too cumbersome. The tools I found after a quick search are very old and do not support the newer .NET runtimes or executables. So I am looking for any tools that would enable us t…
