    Hi guys, I have a small question again.I was playing around and found some older compressed rar archive I made years ago and which I did protected with a password I dont remember anymore.For some archives I can see the files inside and in some others not (used encrypt filename option in Winrar).Now I thought about it how save it is to use Winrar alone to use it as compression / encryption etc.How save it is?Is there any method to find out passwords for archives or is it really save = no chance to get the password out = I can throw away the old archives?     Hi again, I have some issues with my system HDD and the active HDD time for this one.First I wanna just know what it means "Active Time" for a HDD which I can see in taskmanager.First I thought it means when some is reading or written on this HDD but I cant confirm this.For me it look like a random thing.Lets say I do copy any file on my HDD or download something and check this Active Time for this HDD then it dosent change very much just maybe only a few percent 0-5 what is very low = good.On the other hand I see very offten that my system HDD active time does increase to 100% for a while more or less and then all is much slower of course. 1.)     Hello, i'm an ex-member of reverse engineering community, i retired years ago, last i was reversing on windows xp 32bit and all tools i could remember were working on those ages. now i feel like i could do some cracking in these corona quarantine days we are living.. but now i'm on win10 x64 and i dont know where to start. i need some suggestions about nowadays tools, for debugging, for disassembling (i still could use ida i guess), unpackers, tools etc. i feel like a dinosaur are you still using peid to analyze packers, olly to debug and dump, imprec to rebuild, hiew to patch etc.. please help me to update my neural network thanks in advance
