Hi guys, I would like ask again about VirtualBox and having those laggy drag / window minimize - maximize, scrolling etc issues. In the past I had those problems too on my old computer using VB with XP & Windows 7 and I really didn't liked it and also not to debug in VB. I'am still using VM (Win 10 x64 / same as main) and have same issues somehow. I just would like to know whether there are any hints to make this disappear and to make the work flow more liquid like it works on main system too. In the NT kernel, syscalls numbers (ids) are not stable and unlike in Linux, they tend to change from every major (or even minor) OS release. That's why it is dangerous to directly use syscall and instead the proper way is to call kernel32.dll. Now my question is: why in Linux kernel we get a more stable syscall ids? Is there any practical reason why MS is changing so often the syscall ids on NT? I'm just asking out of curiosity. Thanks, Luca

On internet I can find few tools but I'am not sure whether they all also do scan for all bad sectors like delays etc or not. Just wanna do a scan without to repeair or anything so I just wanna check whether HDD is fine or not you know. Hi guys, I got a new small question and need to find an answer. So in WE you can choose many different column names to show infos of them when files do support that what is pretty good so far and for each folder its getting also saved (view style & columns). Now the problem that there are so much of them and I need to scroll down a long way each time to find the right column manually and pick for any folder I want. My question here is whether its doable to set my desired column names (I do choose offten for my folders) right at the top so then I can see and pick them right away and easy you know. Is that doable and if yes how? greetz

Hi guys, I have some little new questions about using extern hard drives on enclosure or other controllers etc. So since a while now I'am using such a enclosure 3.5 Box with an SATA HDD drive sometimes and all the time I was using it and thought I would do anything right about the handling but now I'am not sure anymore so thats the reason why I wanna ask you now. Now I wanted to test it a little and was using the rotation function of krita to rotate any image to XY degree and then I was trying to save it as new image jpg / png and it did save but the rotation changes was not saved!=? Hi guy, I have few USB 3.x sticks and tried to copy large files on them to see how fast they are when using them on my 3.0 USB ports. Just did wonder why in both cases of 2 diffrent USB sticks I get strange copy results. Normally I would expect some constant copy process but its not and I always get some up/down curves or for the other USB stick get some long up like a ramp and falling down like from a wall. I made some images of one of my sticks so just look at this... * ....in this image above you see the copy curves trying to copy large files from my SSD NVMe M2 to USB stick 3.2 gen. Hi again, just wanna ask why Brave (Chrome) is not showing the request header/s in some cases in the network tab after loading a webpage? I wanted to ask that already a long time before but just forgot it each time. So why is it removed in some cases? Pretty stupid. I wanna analyse a webpage why something is not working and for this I need to see the send request header of Chrome/Brave to recognize what the problem is. How to manage that now? I got a "301 Moved Permanently" message and its just showing the response header and thats it. I always want to see what Chromes does send in their requests also in failing cases of course. Why? Just see that that the history keeps alive on next start of browser so you can delete cookies etc but not the history what you have to handle manually. Thats pretty strange or? Hi guys, does anyone of you know whether its possible to create any bookmarks with internal functions of Chrome to open dev tools or anything else etc? I'am not really a fan of using short cut commands on keyboard and would better using the mouse instead and link some functions of Chrome / Brave with bookmarks to open them quickly without looking into menus etc you know. I have done a lot of searches on this topic but there seems to be no satisfactory way to edit XAML in apps (through DnSpy or any other tools) when we don't have access to its original source code. What I am trying to do is this: I want to be able to open an app in DnSpy that has a lot of XAML in it, edit the XAML portions and then save it so that it runs again. This seems to not possible at this time. When I try to do this, the app does not run. After checking out the issues section in the DnSpy's github repo, I see that it had been discussed multiple times with no satisfactory solution.
