Hmm.. on Win7 you would easily get there with %LOCALAPPDATA%,

but it seems like there's no help for WinXP

Anyway you would have to use a 'patch group':

On Vista/Win7 the first one gets dropped with "%LOCALAPPDATA%\FOLDER NAME\".. ready.

On WinXp the first one fails, so the second one gets dropped with "%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\FOLDER NAME\".. ready.

But watch out.. your "Local Settings\Application Data" will only work on an english OS installation!

What would you put there that you couldn't put into a scroller text?

can do make a text patch for search and replace text on .ini files and txt. with the option to input text (like in dup2)

and why don't make in skinhelper you can drag and drop the items, would be much faster to accommodate.

and the icons; some icons, with resolution 128x128 and 256x256 causes an error at the beginning. i had to use 48x48

and the fonts, i try with the ttf (arial black) and sends me another error (only accept .fon or what?)

also the font name should be as specified in the font; e.g ACKNOWLEDGE -BRK-.FON/TTF, neither ACKNOW-.FON/TTF nor ACKNOWLEDGE-.FON/TTF. Just open the font to view and check what name is written inside?

I compared two files using offset patch in uPPP v0.8 and scrolled up and down, but found nothing mentioned above. Have a look at the video posted below.

Ok, I got what did you mean previously? uFO-Pussy has already mentioned about it in the uPPP Guide and check out the guide.

But, In this case "++" replaces the "00" in Old Bytes as both Old and New Byte contains "00" bytes after comparing.

If i press on patch i see failed and it dont work any more the target.

If i us this patch dup version same offsetts the target works and i see success.

I create my skin and when i try to create the patch i get this message:

In english should be "The input string haven't the right format" or something like that.

If i use default skin the patch is created without problems... is a bug? or i did something wrong?
