Ufo-Pu55y Posted May 9, 2010 Author Posted May 9, 2010 when i click in "Create Patch" button it take a very long time and finally i get the error message "Can't Create 100% working patch" You're prolly testing the beta which I attached in a post above. Running it on a x64 system? In that build I forgot to set the "32bit required" flag. Download the newer build some posts belove it.. should work then.

BytePlayeR Posted May 24, 2010 Posted May 24, 2010 Damn! Nice work I was thinking if you can add feature on the case here: For example, in a target there are two ways you can SnR the same algo and if I include both in SnR feature, later in minor version of that target one of the algo is altered, but the other is still the same, in that case the result will be Patching failed! So what I mean here is if one of two is a positive result, it still should show Successfully patched! and I am quite sure it will be a unique feature of uPPP
FLeXuS_GReeN Posted June 2, 2010 Posted June 2, 2010 (edited) I have a problem, and this tells me is that the font "Courier New" is not compatible with the new style and the program closes. I'm using windows 7 x64 with the latest net framework with a 1920x1080 resolution to 144dpi. Thanks, and sorry for bad English (I am Argentine and it's hard, ) Edited June 2, 2010 by FLeXuS_GReeN
z0hr Posted June 13, 2010 Posted June 13, 2010 Great tool! How about an option to disable custom skinning in your newest version? Looked way cooler with normal windows-controls
ghandi Posted June 13, 2010 Posted June 13, 2010 As an expansion on BytePlayeR's suggestion, you could have it so that the author can input patch(es) for one version of the program &/or patches for other version(s), giving an option to require 'all' or 'some' of the patches, using checkboxes. Then messages could be displayed, such as: [ Search & Replace ]Method 1:* pattern 1 - not found* pattern 2 - not foundMethod 2:* pattern 1 - found* pattern 2 - found That is, if the author wants the patch details being displayed... Some might just want it to show success or failure, who knows. Thinking about the term "Search 'n' Replace Patch" or SnR, i wondered why Team SnD haven't coined a new term, "Seek 'n' Destroy' Patch", which would be an SnD patch. HR. Ghandi
