For example, when a reply submit in 2020-1-1, and it is approved in 2020-1-3, then it can't be show there forever, since the forum only show the lastest submitted rather than the lastest approved.

Every time I take more than 30 seconds to visit this forum, why so slow? I visited other websites very quickly.

Unfortunately that is the way the post feeds work. One way around it is for speedier turnaround from the moderating team.

Cannot explain why the site is slow for you. Will depend on where and how traffic from and to the server is being routed. Maybe you can do a traceroute and/or change DNS server...
