Hi guy's, since a while I'm always getting this error or others trying to play embedded YT video's like from RSS (FeedBro) extension or directly via embedded URL. Mostly it happens every second day and it sucks of course. I was trying to find out what the problem is and found out it has anything do to with the cookies / cache for the website. So when I get this error 153 what does not allow me to watch that video embedded and I have to click to get redirected to video page, I can start a new container tab (Firefox extension - which runs separated from all other cookie / cache) load the embedded website into and it runs as it should be and I can watch the video right away …

Hi. Looking for strong name (signed) 64 bits assembly! If possible will be great if the assembly is a dll which has assembly references. I just need to test my strong name tool.

Hi guys, today I found a new strange issue trying to access some websites with my actually gotten IP for today. I try to access few normal websites like github and see the performance is somehow pretty slow to load the website. Its still working to use and surf on it but slow. In other case I was trying to access xyplorer.com website and it fails and runs into an timeout. Also curl failed with.. curl: (28) Failed to connect to www.xyplorer.com port 443 after 21182 ms: Could not connect to server ...and the question is WHY? Normally I'm using Cloudflare as DNS resolver on system & browser. I tried using couple other ones like quad in browser but they also failed to loa…

Hi guys, I would like to know how I can print specific found results into specific view in CLI window itself. So I found that Findstr CLI tool from Windows you can use to search for specific strings or RegEx in files or just using it as pipe to check the CLI window content and to reprint found results. Nice tool so far but there is a problem. Findstr does just print entire lines only what is bad if you want to find words in a super long line so then entire long line gets printed and its hard to find the result in this long line you know. Now I'm looking for a method to find specific words and cut them after so that only the results get printed without the entire line…

Hey guy's, short question. Normally I'm using VPN sometimes to bypass some GEO blocks etc and need to use some simple VPN browser AddOn & Extension. I did notice that some of those free VPN tools aren't working anymore or at all and right now the VPN called 'Hotspot Shield' seems to work 0,0 to connect to anything (seems to be dead) but its sill active on Chrome store (not in Mozilla store / kicked out). Even trying to use other extensions isn't very comfy to connect & wait etc. So are there any other methods we could use which are working faster? greetz

Hi guy, short ago I did notice that some RSS feeds I do follow aren't working anymore to get some successfully response back when requesting them. I found out that the problem is the used HTTP request version. Seems that rss feeds switch to HTTP/2 as minimum and reject lower versions what is a problem, I'm still using an older RSS Feed tool called QuiteRSS (2020 last update) and its not working anymore for some feeds because of that new problem. So unfortunately I still didn't found any good alternative RSS feed reader tools (desktop) only RSS Guard but this is pretty slow and has much issues etc. So the good news is that I found by random that the Vivaldi brows…

Hi guy, just trying to test some TTS (Text to Speech) tools I can find on Github or checking on huggingface. I was testing some directly installed in ComfyUI (so far they did work more or less) and some I did installed manually / git. The latest I tried was called Zonos which just works partially in CUI just with transformer model and hybrid model failed and at all I got tons of errors but it did work to create some audio. So the result of that was not really good and it was more disappointing even to use a custom voice. The emotions node you can connect did nothing at all to hear any changes even if you increase some emotion to the highest value. ☹️ Then I installed the …

That’s a really good intuition 👍 — in some sense, yes, a computer is like a gigantic switchboard, but with some important differences. Let me explain: 🔌 The "Switchboard" AnalogyAt the lowest level, a computer is made of transistors. A transistor is a switch: it can connect or disconnect current, just like flipping a light switch. Logic gates (AND, OR, NOT, etc.) are built from a handful of these switches. Then, processors, memory, and GPUs are built from billions of these switches wired together. So in one way, a modern CPU or GPU is literally a “huge switchboard” with billions of electronic switches flipping on and off billions of times per second. ⚡ Key Differences Fro…

Hi guy's, just watched some YT video's on DuckDuckGo (privacy secure !?!) and after a while it wasn't working anymore over DuckDuckGo and directly on YT too. Look... ...so what is this for a new shit? They want me to login so they can see I'm not a BOT!? So crazy! Great! Now I have to use VPN to bypass that YT shit or login! By the way, why is DuckDuckGo not working to play the YT video's on their own site? I thought they pipe it like they do with using goog to get and display the results. Seems that DuckDuckGo leaks or what! greetz

Hello, I am a new member of the forum. I started studying IT and after gaining a lot of knowledge I really liked the field of reverse engineering. I am learning C, analyzing code in Assembler, and gradually learning Assembler itself. What advice could you give in terms of learning reverse engineering?

Hi guys, just two new little questions I have. I would like to know whether its possible to display some HTML code not as code / as HTML result itself? Example...below a short html code... <html> <head> <title>Page Title</title> </head> <body> <h1>This is a Heading</h1> <p>This is a paragraph.</p> </body> </html> ...and instead of showing that code above I want to show the results of it / executed = This is a Heading This is a paragraph. ...on forum itself like here. Similar like you can do with images so they are also displayed as image. Is it also doable with HTML code to show the…

Can anyone recommend any must read articles, tools, forums, communities in 2025 to help me grow my skills? I have a good basic understanding of assembly, reverse engineering in particular as far as unpacked binaries go. I have used x64dbg and dnspy for example. I have watched most of the Paul Chin Tutorials which are a good start However its another level of complexity when it comes to dealing with packed binaries, obfuscation and virtualisation. Setting break points on api's, dumping memory, fixing IAT tables etc I know a fair bit of general information but its difficult to find up to date relevant information. The information is out there but dont kn…

Hi guy, short question. So today IDM (Internet Download Manager) is again failing to recognize the YT video's and not showing the popup window etc. This happens already couple times this year already and it slowly sucks. Every time they throwing out a new app update to install (without telling what they changed or added / no details) but also in this case it still failing on YT. No idea why I have to update the main app when the extension does fail! Anyway, I could also use yt-dlp of course but no so comfortable. Now I would like to know whether there is any other extension (only working for YT) what is better in recognition / displaying all formats to I can pick + d…

Hi guys, new problem in Firefox. The labs tab in settings window is gone! On internet I found the flag which should be set to false (default)... browser.preferences.experimental.hidden ...but it set to true and even if I change it back to false it will automatically set back to true if I open the settings window of Firefox. Someone also found this problem in ZEN browser (Firefox based) with some workaround but its not working for me in Firefox etc. Anyone knows whether its a bug for made on purpose my Mozilla? greetz

Hi guy, found a new problem. I wanted to register on a forum which needs some REAL Email address to get it work and I made a proton mail (all temp n stuff failed) and was trying to use it to register but instead of getting an Email send my the forum I need to verify I got an Email from Proton itself telling me "Automated Abuse Detection" - "Your Proton account is currently restricted from registering on third-party services"! What a BS! Some new crap feature to limit free user or what? How to get a rid of that? So can we now forget using Proton service to register anywhere and to be afraid that they will disable your Email account for some non reason? So what is…

Hi guys, Chrome did update again and seems to change some styling when you are working in incognito mode only. I did noticed that some extension NOW showing dark background which was before light. Another new change I don't like and want but thank you for not asking us users! Does anyone know how to disable that? Maybe any new flag or something? I made a image where you can see it. As I said, it does not affect all extensions but a couple I have since the last update. greetz

Hi guys, I did update Firefox today and reading release notes whats new.... https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/138.0/releasenotes/ ...and it tells me about profile manager I want to test. So Mozilla tells me to click on Account icon then Click Profiles, then + New profile. But there is nothing only a menu to register an account (I don't need account) and a Monitor, Relay and VPN menu entry and that's all! So where is that damn profile menu entry to manage profiles etc? Super annoying again adding a feature which is missing. Last time I also had to enable tab groups feature in about:config. So is here the same that I need to change anything in about:confi…

Hi guys, short question. I still can't find a menu entry in Chromium based browsers to edit and send any requests similar I can do with Firefox. Even tried using the "Copy Fetch" command and sending this in console window (copy / paste) also don't really work because of some CORS issues etc (its also a pretty detour). So what I want is just having a chance to analyze the network requests and to edit them and to re-send them if I want and in best case right in network tab in browser itself. Otherwise, do you know any free extension what can do this? But also the Firefox edit / re-send window I have isn't really good to customize the request. All those disabled ch…
