A simple console application that displays the HWID and asks you to enter an "activation key" for it.
Key format: xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx
The solution will be a description of the algorithm to generate an activation key for any HWID value (there is no need to write code).
