This is a UnpackMe with WL 3.13 protection. Just a few controls...
- 1 - You first need to bypass WinLicense 3.13 x86 HWID Lock
- 2 - Try to find OEP address, and recovery it
- 3 - Fix IATs and dump it
- 4 - Fix it with Scylla 0.98 x86
