I try to download or just navigate on the site from Russian region and get follow:

>Incorrect format for file ./languages/ru.txt on line 1.

>Format is "variable name[tab]value"

I select en in browser language setting and thats ok.

Could you explain me, why I should swith language setting to browse on this site?

Yes, there is an issue with this. I've tried keeping language support and getting it working but the problem persists. I have now disabled support for other languages so it should only display in English. Let me know if you experience further difficulties...
