I am currently researching .NET virtualization and obfuscation tools and would like to know more about solutions that provide the highest level of protection against devirtualization. My primary focus is on tools that prevent reverse engineering and maintain strong security over time, even against advanced devirtualization techniques.

I have explored some popular tools, such as VMProtect, .NET Reactor, and Agile.NET. While these solutions are widely used, I have heard that certain methods may still exist to devirtualize them. I am interested in understanding which tools are recognized for their robust, long-lasting protection with minimal risk of devirtualization, particularly for .NET applications.

one more quesion is that - is  themida ,win license is .net packer

If you're still looking for a practical and actively maintained .NET obfuscation tool, you might want to check out Rika .NET. It's lightweight, easy to integrate, and offers solid protection for most modern .NET applications.

It has virtualization feature and not widely used so there's no any public tool.
