every time sign in and i have to request a new password it requared too strong password normal gmail outlook password type not works .

Just use a password manager like Bitwarden (https://bitwarden.com/)

which also has a desktop app, and browser extensions, as well as support for mobile devices.

You can then specify different parameters for creation of a password, using a-z, A-Z, numeric, special symbols and length of password. Then you can save this to the specific website or app login for it to remember the strong password for you.
