Not recieveing account recovery email

I am trying to log in from a new device and forgot my (dont remember even setting) my security question. 

I have tried to recover my account via email but I haven't recieved an email, I have got the emails for the new login but not the recovery one.

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
