Hello guys ,

what are the prerequisites to code a mobile flash tool from scratch like (odin) for example, Should I learn about GSM ?

I tried to search for any open source flash tool written in .Net but I didn't find anything till now.

If you have any resources it will be great (VB.NET / C#)

thank you.

the hemida is an open source
