cannot download tutorial

i did mistake when i tried to downlaod tutorials from this page https://tuts4you.com/e107_plugins/download/download.php?list.17  i tried to downlaod all file with IDM in the same time, 

i called her a mistake because i road here : 

that maybe i'm banned because the vioaltion

 

so if i'm wrong about i'm banned, please take my appologize and allow downalod , and thank you very much

There is a download limit on the main page. You are probably hitting that limit.

You will be able to continue downloading further files after 24 hours...
