olldbg x64 compare

hello how are you introduce me my name is sebastian and I would like and know if you can help me with a problem like I could compare 2 files with olldbg and know which modified characters

Try "binary diff" in Google. Tools like Total Commander have this built in, but I don't really see it as a task for x64dbg.

can use any diffing tool, there are some compare there are free and other there are with shareware or paid tools, in experience is better try a patcher example dup , or hexadecimal tool there have the comparer example ultraedit etc
