scrolling pages in latest version chrome

Now the problem is solved but sometimes it happens.

think its a bug in chrome, i had it (not on this site tho), killed chrome, restarted and it went away...

It's a bug in Chrome, sometimes if you attempt to scroll while a page is still loading it will break scrolling in that tab. If you reopen the site in a new tab, it will correct the issue in the new tab. This is a problem with Chromes new anti-auto scrolling feature to prevent late-loading ads from rescrolling your browser to the ads.
