Encrypting resource problem

Hi all, 

i try to make a simple resource decryption. 

Resource are decrypted in .cctor

 

 

And then it calls this method -> 

 

 

But exe is not runable. 

 

I can't find where is the error.

You have to decrypt them in module ctor
