Before I break any rules.

 

Can I start a thread on debugging Steam? (http://store.steampowered.com/)

 

I won't post any files, dumps etc. like stated in the rules, but is posting screenies and asking questions related to that specific program allowed?

 

God I feel stupid asking this, but better safe than banned!
