custom password problem

dear Teddy i cannot use custom password can you do something  also cannot change my password its say wrong pass and its not wrong i am copy from my email that way i was login any tip how to use custom password if thread exist delete this

I am not exactly sure what you mean. Are you trying to update/change your password but the password sent to your email is not correct? Possibly you could explain a little further, thank you...

I am not sure why you have locked this topic but in reply to your original question... from testing and as far as I know everything is working fine. However let me know if you are still having problems with this and I will investigate further for you...

hm ok solved now even when i change password hi say "secyrity key invalid" i am sign out and login with new password the new password work thx i was confused why say  "secyrity key invalid" and new password work now all work thx for replay.
