What is this?

There is a bug in the program

this is the correct serial as of today 5/14/2013

 

 "E10-2DB40-5A2D2D-87" 

 

But how it can be added in text boxes if each text box is limited to 4 char?

 

And why use Date functions to generate a serial? i think this issue is due to some date format is different from PC to PC.
