Well... I had time to look at this problem a bit more. It seems the problem is related to the hash character formatting and not triggering protection. This should now be permanently fixed for this file and at some other time I will need to go through all other files with hash characters in Downloads and get them corrected.

The reserved character (#) has now been corrected in the relevant Downloads links. I think I found them all but if there are any that I have missed please let me know...
