I downloaded this file: http://forum.tuts4yo...ewwave-ollydbg/ and the program tried to inject in the process explorer.exe and make a connection.

    Not tested. But it could be StrongOD trying to check update.

    Can you please check if StrongOD > Options > AutoUpdate is enabled? If its enabled, then disable it and try again.
