Analyzing FUD Virus

Hey, I am new here and found this interesting virus, seems to be FUD for a long time as it says here:

But it can't be a real "Steam Key generator". There doesn't exist something.

Could someone analyze it ?

It's not virus. In fact, it's not malicious at all.

It's not a key generator either. It just contains few dozens of hard-coded keys and shows one of them randomly.

It is clean and this is illegal.

hm okay, just asking myself wheres the sense if it doesnt work and isnt a virus.
