anyone know somethings about "Beijing-based KnownSec" that want to share it's malware db?

From the article:

Security companies and national computer emergency response teams can request access to the KnownSec database, Zhao said.

Are you working for a security company/national CERT? If not, you don't need this DB. If yes, you should already know who to ask.

yes I am a member of cert team, and we send a request to our national cert. I am a novice in this area.
