Look at the BASS libraries.

It should have examples for how to parse FFT data.

Thats all MilkDrop is, just a glorified way to parse FFT data into visual form.

Hi mudlord, If bass.dll, i have a tutorial Audio Object n Vanilla is pretty good. Wave for WMP n 3D wave spectrum for winamp. i once visited the developer's site Milk Drop but no Source Code. can anyone without the *.dll?... as i'am currently using(DS Mixer v1.61) thx u.
