uFMOD in vb6 not working

uFMOD wont work in vb6. I renamed lnk then added new link. IT WONT WORK!!!!!! It says Can't find ufmod in title!!!!!!!! My project here... - Click me!

your res file was bad, try this.

dont forget to compile in the same folder with 'ufmod.lib'

I tried in vb .net 2010 and I got error

"An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007000B)"
