Malware trying to detect analysis tools?

Hi,

Are you aware of any malware that refuses to run, or tryies to kill analysis tools if it detect their presence at run-time?

(Some analysis tools come to mind are: RegMon, FileMon, ...)

Please name some malwares do such kind of thing. The more famous, the better ...
