you can use a unpack script for this file.Also it creates a new file called 14.exe in

_:\WINDOWS\Debug = ??? <-- Some hidden trash or spy dirt?

Thanks for post. I don't know why it creates an exe in windows.

May be the delphi compiler, or trash as you are saying.

But i didn't make with this purpose . Ok i'll analyze.

Edit: Oh it's true! I have the same file in windows/debug. But with another name "2C.exe"

I don't understand it. Sorry if something caused problems.

Anyway. Where are unpack scripts for themida/winlicense or another??
