The best you can do is searching for every strange name of process in google. Normally this could guide you to find if there is any problem in your system...

Hellz yeah, i got to agree on this one, if you see some unknown process running in the background, google it to see what it's all about.

It seems like Autoruns Virus.you can find autorun.inf and .exe file in the inf file,then delete them

but the best,nod32 scan and restore
