to solve the problem you must install "Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package"

I found it at _http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=9b2da534-3e03-4391-8a4d-074b9f2bc1bf&displaylang=en

KeygenMe is written with Visual C++ 2008 and if you don't have installed Visual studio 2008 you need

Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package to run it.
