for playing XM and MOD files you can use uFmod library in VB there is an example included in it's package too search the forum to get a link ;)

i'am not sure where it plays it or not bu tmy guess is yes is does that too......!!

If yu want to keep yur file small, take "ufmod" as mentioned obove! http://ufmod.sourceforge.net/

It only plays XM but adds only 5 or 6 kb to yur appz.

for MOD or IT i use the MODPLUGTRACKER (http://www.modplug.com/trackerinfo.html) to convert to XM.
