ante0 Posted November 20, 2007 Posted November 20, 2007 (edited) What is the max "pixel x pixel" dimensions allowed on a signature? I found nothing of this in the Faq or Rules. Anyway, I will use this signature till I find out what the max dimensions are, if there are any Edited November 20, 2007 by ante0
SSlEvIN Posted November 20, 2007 Posted November 20, 2007 Hi,It is far more important not to 'overweight" your signature. Dimensions of a "handled like a pro" signature are usually 300x100 px, "common" people use 400x150 px, but if you make it in Photoshop it is always a good idea to use "Save optimized as" (PS CS2) or "Save for Web and Devices" (PS CS3) and choose to save as .JPG 70% quality or .PNG. This will give you the sig around 50kB, so easier for posting.Cheers,
ante0 Posted November 20, 2007 Author Posted November 20, 2007 Ah, then my 350x129 ~80kb should be fine
ChupaChu Posted November 20, 2007 Posted November 20, 2007 I'm personaly against heavy sig gfx.. mostly i block displaying of them.. but thats just me
Teddy Rogers Posted November 20, 2007 Posted November 20, 2007 I don't recall there being a restriction on size just as long as it isn't ridiculous and/or annoying...Ted.
