Username Being Your Email Address...

Since upgrading to IPB 2.3.0 I noticed that new members who registered to the forum would show up on the forum as their email address for a username.

This turned out to be (half) a bug in the IPB software. For those interested you can find the ongoing topic over at IPSbeyond here:

If you are one of those people who's username shows up as an email address and you want it changed please let me know here or email me at teddyrogers@tuts4you.com. Please include in your email the username you wish to use.

This should only effect a limited number of people because I spotted/remedied the issue within 24 hours of the forum being upgraded.

can i change my login details? i dont use the email address i signed up with anymore, it gets more spam than asda. Seeing as though my login details are an email address that i have not used for almost a year i can never remember my login details.
