Question About Downloads!

I have come across several links throughout the website that show up at error 404 (not found) and was wondering if this had anything to do with a post i read about some people flooding the server by dl to much at once. all the sites refrence to a blog section and was wondering if this was the cause?

If you see a link with "blogs/" written in it simply edit it out to remove it. That directory no longer exists...
