Teddy Rogers Posted February 24, 2007 Posted February 24, 2007 I updated the forum to latest IPB version (2.2.2) and in the process removed the world time clock from the main index page (if you haven't noticed already). I am interested to know if anyone wants me to keep it or just happy without it?Ted.
Ufo-Pu55y Posted February 24, 2007 Posted February 24, 2007 I liked it, since for me... it put a funny ironical touch of a serious international company into the site...
Teddy Rogers Posted February 24, 2007 Author Posted February 24, 2007 It's reincarnated again... Ted.
Nacho_dj Posted February 24, 2007 Posted February 24, 2007 It's reincarnated again... Ted. Yep, but I'm not sure the time is right... Whilst I post this, the little clock in London displays 01:24, and actually is 18:24 Cheers Nacho_dj
Teddy Rogers Posted February 25, 2007 Author Posted February 25, 2007 It works fine for me, maybe its just a temporary problem?Ted.
MOID Posted February 25, 2007 Posted February 25, 2007 The time used is your local computer time and time zone. So if the time is wrong, your computer time is set wrong.
Nacho_dj Posted February 25, 2007 Posted February 25, 2007 (edited) The time used is your local computer time and time zone. So if the time is wrong, your computer time is set wrong. Yep, you are right, I didn't know about it, I reinstalled the system last week and my "time area" was not properly set, although the computer time was right Many thanks MOID and sorry Ted by this misunderstanding...
