Teddy Rogers Posted January 31, 2007 Posted January 31, 2007 Since the last batch of site issues where fixed a lot of people have noticed a drastic increase in site performance. However some people are still getting connection issues either with database timeouts/errors or pages not loading. So I am asking you all if you would kindly please take some notes and keep a track of the times of when these errors occur and post them here in this pinned topic. You only need to post; the time (must be (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time and not your own time), the type of error (or error message) and the link to the support page (if you get one). It may also be of help if you could post your location but this isn't as important as the time and type of the error if you don't feel comfortable doing this. I'll fill out an example for all you guys to see what I mean: GMT time: 22.00 Type of error: Internal Server Error Support page: http://support.netfirms.com/idx.php/0/002 Location: Queensland/Australia You can copy and paste the code in to your own posts and edit/change the required details using the following template. GMT time: 22.00Type of error: Internal Server ErrorSupport page: http://support.netfirms.com/idx.php/0/002Location: Queensland/Australia Please only post the error type here. If you want to discuss more about a particular error please go to the following topic: http://www.tuts4you.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=11240 By posting your time and error types here will help me to help keep this site fully functioning and give you the best possible surfing speeds that we all like to have... Ted.

Teddy Rogers Posted February 9, 2007 Author Posted February 9, 2007 Hey people, please can you use the template in the original posting to post your error messages. It would be of great benifit if you can post the GMT time the error occurred because posting a message saying that it happened a minute, today or whatever helps me nothing There are lots of time zones around the world and I don't know where you all live so I can't go and check this myself, so please post your GMT... Ted.
