Feisu's first uppp skin

Hello,everybody.This is my first attempt to make a uppp skin.It tooks me lots of time.And this also my first time to do gfx job.I have never done it before.I don't have any photoshop skill.So the skin may looks ugly.But I still enjoying making a skin for patchers.Hope u all like it.And any advice is welcomed.I hope I can learn some gfx skill here.Thanks:P Template files and a example is included in rar file.
