Basically, it's about companys, that outsource thier call centers to india. I warn you though, it may take a little while to load, it's about 12 minutes long. Cheers, Shan. If you load the movie in IE Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options > General (tab) > Settings > View Files There you'll see a ~48 meg file called ccqt540-390Jan30.flv, which is the Flash Video File. viola.
