Progman 108
Declassified UFO documents redacted everything about "secret programs" and left everything about irrational people talking the alien garbage in there. The usual nonsense though it mentioned France already had worked on developing technology to repel the hovercrafts which they deemed "unwanted flying objects". It is so sketchy, that it basically admits what some of us already knew, though some reports they accuse other governments, and some they just get stonewalled responses from the CIA and military. The USA has the toys and so does one other balancing power. Both nestled the tech so deeply behind secret programs that hardly anyone in the government knows a thing about it.
