Thanks guys victory.gif

I'm glad you like it.

Good Work.

Thanks, bro.

The basis was a *res file of your "HardCore Patcher" skin.

There I spied what should be the animation blush.png

Very hard to find information .....

I Practically did not find nothing

except for a few ready-made skins....

I'm not a programmer unfortunately,

and to understand how animation should work in the application - not an easy task.......

nice skin, thanks cc_chinese.gif

I find that, when dup2 imports the .res file with AVI animation, the compiled patcher.exe does not display the AVI animation, and the filename "ANIM_1" is missing from Resource Tree description, so I have to manually change the ID from blank to "ANIM_1", and save the edited compiled patcher.exe.... I have to do the same with all skins with AVI animation, as dup2 fails to apply the ID name (example ANIM_1 or any other name).

No big deal, just a heads up for anyone not seeing animation.

Tested with dup2 v2.25; 2.24; & 2.23... all same result.

==================================================================

I am not well understood what the problem is ... (alas, my English is not very good)

I can only say that it did in dup2 v2.22 - all patches created using this and other animated skins work without problems, without any additional manipulation - Chose the skin, chose the color settings, saved the patch.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If you add video to the skin had no early this resource

need to add the settings in the "Dialog" section:

20111006225401.jpg

(CONTROL "ANIM_1", 0, "SysAnimate32", ACS_AUTOPLAY | WS_CHILD | WS_VISIBLE, 19, 44, 58, 61).

resolution video is immutable - will only be displayed in original resolution

"ResourceName" can be any..("ANIM_1", or the name of your favorite dog, no matter)

(of course they should be the same in the section "AVI" and "Dialog" section)

Sorry if the answer is not about what you talking....

Excuse my English - Google Translator....

@Diver...

thank you for advising working with dup2 v2.22.

I have now tested animated skins in that version, and find the .res file imports without error.

also tested trial animated skin of my own, which worked fine.

ps - some loss of above image quality is a result of converting screen recording to gif.
