Ufo-Pu55y
Yes, nice one.and the size is soooo big:xI tried on your dynamite.png. Um it had 501kb... After 'posterizing' in PS with a tolerable level, and then using PNGOUT plugin for photoshop, I got 'only' 179kb ?Also I would choose a smaller font. There are so many much smaller ones.Keep on
Feisu
Thanks all of u for ur reply.Yes, nice one.and the size is soooo big:xI tried on your dynamite.png. Um it had 501kb... After 'posterizing' in PS with a tolerable level, and then using PNGOUT plugin for photoshop, I got 'only' 179kb ?Also I would choose a smaller font. There are so many much smaller ones.Keep onI just simply use PNGOUTWin to lower the size.Well,I didn't got what "After 'posterizing' in PS with a tolerable level" meant.Since I'm a newbie in graphics.for the font.I just look into windows font dir and choose a font which looks better.never notice the size issue. At all, thanks for ur kind advice.I'll keep it up for sure.btw.I found out uppp 0.5 didn't work under vista sp1? when I try to load the Template,a "what the..."error window appears.but the same template,it works perfectly under XP SP3 Edited May 8, 2008 by Feisu

Ufo-Pu55y
Sry, I dunno then. I've also tested on Vista sp1 and had no probs.I'm sure you ran the installer, coz else it would crash right at startup..
Feisu
thank you for your reply. So it maybe the os language problem.I'm using chs os.btw the uPPP_Exception_Info_File.txt isError while loading templateSystem.ArgumentException: 参数无效。(this is Chinese which meant Invalid parameter) 在 System.Drawing.Bitmap..ctor(String filename) 在 ..(Object , MouseEventArgs ) Edited May 8, 2008 by Feisu
Ufo-Pu55y
I dno about chinese OSs, but do they have chinese chars in a directory path sometimes :?Did you try choosing any other file in uppp.. like a custom icon or tune ?Or even choosing a target file in the patch windows (without drag&drop).Might crash aswell then.. Feisu
it's weird.I choose a icon file or tune file have Chinese chars in dir.it works well.but even when I choose a skin ini file DO NOT have Chinese chars in dir it crash as well. Choose target exe file which contents Chinese in dir or path it works well. But xp sp3 chs any situation above uppp won't crash:P Edited May 9, 2008 by Feisu
