UsernameDenied
Hello everyone, I got some questions about dUP: I made a RGN but when I make the Patcher in dUP, there's a little border of the colour I'd like to remove (the one I selected in the RGN Tool) on the bottom of the Interface. How do I remove it? This is a pic of that border: And I got some questions about the "Textboxes" (The ones with the Appname, Author and Release info), is it possible to make them transparent and not use defined background colours? (just like a label in VB or Delphi for example) ? Thanks
human
rgnmakers remove all kinds of color not gradients, if you edited picture probably it had been antialiased.for rgnmakers colours like 255,0,0 and 254,0,0 are different for human eye not. os you need to edit this by hand, remove antialias on fill etc.by default photoshop antialiases borders if you do color fill. ECLiPTiC
Glad that you got your region problem fixed. If you search through this forum area, you'll find lots of tips and tricks for getting a nice region. And I got some questions about the "Textboxes" (The ones with the Appname, Author and Release info), is it possible to make them transparent and not use defined background colours? Short answer: Not yet... there are many of us waiting for this feature to be added Shorter answer: No.
Departure
Hello and thanks for the fast reply. However I haven't found a way to remove the antialiasing, like that option wasn't avaible to click...Do you have any ideas how to do it?ThanksEDIT: I fixed it, thanks.May I ask how you fixed it? The way I got told from someone was to make 2 versions 1 version will be 1 or 2 pixels larger than the original version you used for making the region, then just use the larger version when you edit the resource...Anyway I would very interested to know if you had another way, Or if anyone on this forum has another tip that could help. UsernameDenied
Hello Short answer: Not yet... there are many of us waiting for this feature to be added Shorter answer: No Aww that's bad Let's hope it gets added soon. May I ask how you fixed it? I zoomed in a lot, and fixed the wrong pixels (Quite a troublesome way to fix it..). Thanks for the help. //UD Edited January 2, 2008 by UsernameDenied
