How do you benchmark Crysis?

I have:

Gigabyte P35-DS3L

C2Q Q6600 2.4 @ 3.2ghz

4x1gig DDR2 Crucial ballistix 5-5-5-15 @ 1066mhz

nVidia 8800GTS 640mb (112sp)

Vista x64, dx10

11680x1050, All high, no AA

I get on average about ~25fps during normal gameplay.

Interesting to see that it does run better under XP, than vista!

/edit: I see you're talking about the demo...interesting...I'm talking about the retail
