Ufo-Pu55y
File Name: SND intROKEYGen Template #1 Red Edition File Submitter: Ufo-Pu55y File Submitted: 19 Mar 2007 File Updated: 22 Apr 2007 File Category: Keygen Templates Here's my first Keygen-Intro. I've included the MASM-Source (WinAsm). Let's call it ALPHA now, because there still may be bugs in it. There will be another edition soon with some slighty different effects. Maybe some of you'll jump in, and we can make better stuff together... Let the Intro-Stuff finally come home... to where it belongs... to RCE !!! (just kidding) => Comments and fellows are WELCOME ! PS: I've tested it on a "very old" system with 8MB Gfx-Card on board. Everything went slowly of course, but it fully worked... Guest shot
the buttons do not show up on my computer... but when i click where they should be they flash then go back under it and hide againalso in the middle when i click there is an edit box that flashes the intro seems to cover the buttons for me. Loki
I didn't even realise there were supposed to be buttons on it until I read that!
Ufo-Pu55y
I didn't even realise there were supposed to be buttons on it until I read that!Erm... now I'm truly in doubt, that this all makes sense for a keygen at all... /EDIT On my box it runs very softly and without any flickering. CPU-Usage -> only ~ 2% (1,83GHz !!) But I think u'll need at least 32-64MB for the GFX-Card... Edited March 19, 2007 by Ufo-Pu55y

Loki
Performace wise for me is fine (although I have a Core 2 Duo E6600, 1Gb RAM and a ATI 1900XT.)I just can't see any buttons.

Ufo-Pu55y
Core 2 Duo E6600 ... ATI 1900XT... Well, then u should be able to run ~200 of these EXEs at one time... lol ? Ok, I gotta recode and cut it a little - that it won't look like a keygen anymore, and post the problem on some OpenGL-Boards. I think it won't be too clever to post a Keygen_Template over there... I'll be right back...

I've upped my finds: -OpenGL? Ufo-Pu55y
Thanks to all for the comments... I'm still working on it every day. Here's the current state: Keygen_Loki.rar Maybe some of you could test it again to inform me about possible bugs ? Because I depend on you !!! You see I can't post it on OpenGL-Boards with questions about this and that. In the beginning I did so by changing the whole design, and praised it over there as a simple Hash_Calculator with OpenGL-Effects... lol But the changing is too much work and annnoying, so I canceled their boards. [Anyway they weren't very helpful... :/ They told me to post real sources and to stop posting ASM-Snippets, because it's badly readable for them... lol. Did they never see MASM-Sources ??? ^^] Big thanks to Loki ! Better don't ask him, how often he had to test it for me... ^^ Also I'm already working on a second edition (blue one) with some different gfxs, music and effects. Btw, Till.ch's working on the gfxs for it. PS: ... i have no objection to you be recruited if others agree..Sooner I would have no objection to be recruited ! Team's own intro-coder... ??? .............. But not to forget the irony of it, since Ted seems to be the only one, who doesn't see anything. So the code must still be ****ed up somewhere... Anyway I will definitively go on with it, since I always loved this sh!t. But known demo-boards aren't really attractiv to me... too much 1337-behaviour... :/ (beside HUGI - thanks MOID for the link ) Can somebody tell me, why 4Kb or 64Kb demos are still called "Intros" ? Intro to what ???^^ I also started to create .XMs on my own... Ox87k
Ufo-Pu55y: the last one, keygen for loki, it's simply amazing! i love it! a question: Are you thinking to release the source in the future? Sonny27
Works fine for me But one thing annoys me a little bit: When moving the window on my desktop, the music still plays but the animation stops moving...Maybe you can change that. greetz
Loki
Big thanks to Loki ! Better don't ask him, how often he had to test it for me... ^^No worries dude. If you're spending all this time making a template and releasing the source, the very least I can do is test it for you.If you need to, keep them coming and I'll keep testing. Ufo-Pu55y
When moving the window on my desktop, the music still plays but the animation stops moving...Maybe you can change that.Yeah I know - and the Music<>Gfx synchronization gets shifted that way... Afaik there's no way to keep OpenGL rendering going while moving a window. Maybe I should try to mute/stop the music, while moving or minimizing the window... dunno I'll try something, coz I don't like it, too. Anyway the synchronizing isn't real, yet. I'll go for it - I think this should already fix the problem. If you need to, keep them coming and I'll keep testing.Oh-oh, I hear a sh!tload of new ideas knocking at my door... ^^

lena151
Very nice work.Because it's meant as a template, I guess it's easier for the user who wants to change the tune not to work with tables. See attached template. What I like, is that in your template, it's so easy to play with the colors....lena151.
