Hi there I can not seem to log in ...weird.... the problem started last week after I had problems uploading attachments ....
Now I can not login with out a hide IP software ...no problems with different IP

Can you access the main page with your normal IP address?

Sorry for the late replay , I used to get email notification when a replay Is posted ...but that does not work either now.... I checked in and saw your response....
The answer is No
I can not see the main page with my normal address
right now I am logged in with ultra surf  http://www.ultrareach.com/

No worries ..... I just thought you tried something and it did not work....
I can use ultra safe until than .... no rush if you got lots to do today....

I got email notification of PM , but still no notification to new post of thread that I am following ..... saw this cause I was logged in

Unfortunately I don't see your IP address being blocked in any manner. However, try viewing the site now with your normal IP and let me know if there is any difference...

Then I don't think it is an issue with the server because there are no restrictions on your IP across the site. Possibly you may be triggering some sort of server protection or traffic with Tuts 4 You from your IP is being blocked some where along the way. Can you do a trace route and/or use a http debugger to analyse where the problem lies please?

I have no idea how to do that.... what debugger do I use ? and how ?
I tried this  http://apx808.blogspot.com/2009/04/phd-portable-http-debugger.html  and got no were ?

This is the best that I got with another tool....

My post there is not with my real IP
my be there is a large file in cache there?

You could try searching for a traceroute extension or plugin for your browser, I don't know what you use but there are a few for Chrome, FireFox and Opera. If not you could try your modem, most modern modems of any worth usually have a traceroute buried somewhere in a diagnostics page...

Have you got another computer, phone or something that you could use to try and connect to the site with through that IP?

No I don't ..... and I tried doing all the things that are related to fire fox timeout problems including reset my socket -> Run-> CMD-> netsh winsock reset
